Cancelled classes

<p>Is there any way to have a cancelled class reopened? One of the main reasons I applied, and accepted my offer to attend UCLA, was based on this one class: Ancient Near East 167: Magic in the Ancient World</p>

<p>Also, does anyone know why a class would be cancelled before enrollment? I understand if there’s not enough kids enrolled, but they haven’t even given us an opportunity. </p>

<p>Sure, there are people that know. They work in the Near Eastern Languages and Cultures dept at UCLA. Call them and ask. It may be gone forever. Or maybe the prof that usually teaches it is taking a sabbatical that quarter and it will be back. These are 2 reasons it may be cancelled, there are many more. The only way to find out is to ask them. </p>
