DH and I are thinking about going to an all inclusive resort in Cancun next February. We are particularly interested in the Le Blanc resort or the Hyatt Zilara. Has anyone been to either? Also, any recommendations for activities outside the resorts that should not be missed? Thanks.
I haven’t been to either of those resorts, but have driven by both. You should definitely consider a day trip to Chichen Itza to see the Mayan ruins. The trip will take most of the day but is worth it - it can give you a break from too many consecutive days of margarita’s at the pool!
A trip to Tulum is a must. Walk the ruins, then walk to the beach and go on a boat ride to get a view of the ruins form the water.
