<p>Hi everyone, I have finished the Yale supplement and will send it but when I log into my common app account and click Yale supplement, the page says:" cannot find the form, please contact technical support." Has anyone run into simmilar situation? What should I do?</p>
<p>I’m having the same problem (i can log in perfectly well) but when I click on buttons on the left bar (‘family’, ‘activities’ and so on) all of them display the same error message as you did. I’m SO FRUSTRATED. What do you think I should do? Wait for a while and see if i can later in the day or make a new account? Will there be a problem if I make a new account? (i’d have to type everything again though. SIGH)</p>

<p>is yours still like that? mines still not working. just to prepare for the worst scenario, if i make a new account, i’d have to use another email to make a new account…but can i still indicate my first email for the personal details part? would there be a problem in creating a new account? i was JUST about to finish my applications (in the process of checking everything) and the stupid error message pops up.</p>

<p>If you don’d mind, please share your geographic info so we know what area is being affected. I am in China.</p>
<p>If we are all having problems, then it must be a system issue. In the worst case scenario, the user should just lose anything they did not previously save since the site should be able to restore from back-ups. It would be a tragedy of epic proportion if users had to start over. I encourage everyone to post trouble tickets though.</p>
