<p>so i have a macbook pro (10.6.4). i downloaded the installer, worked fine. i tried to sign in w/my net ID and pw. my airport icon showed connected, but then i tried to open my browser and the icon greyed out with an ! in the center. </p>
<p>any suggestions?</p>

<p>your best bet is to take your macbook to the helpdesk at CIT…</p>
<p>not sure if they do remote desktopping…</p>
