Is there anyway that I can create a new account and recieve my scores if I already accessed my College Quickstart for the PSAT in my Sophomore year? I just didn’t use that good of a screen name for my account. Will colleges see this at all?? Also, I did not enter my Middle name but the rest are fine.

Other than to access scores from SATs and PSATs, what other things will I need to do with the account? Do you send the scores to colleges using this account? If so, will they ever see the screen name you used?

Can I create a new account to access my SAT Is/IIs/ PSAT for my Junior year? I only used it for the PSAT College Quickstart so I don’t know…

Yes, you see and send your scores from your account (as well as register).

I don’t see any problem with creating a new account- your psat from sophomore year doesn’t mean anything (unless you graduate a year early).
(I didn’t even create an account until the first time I registered for a subject test, end of sophomore year, but that’s early for most people I know).
No idea if they ever see your sn, but that’s why I just used my name.

Odds are your PSAT scores won’t even show up on your CollegeBoard account, my school registered us for them, so we only got the paper results.

That said if you create a new account (using a new email address) and register for future tests using it, then you will be able to your scores for those tests on the new account.

The scores you registered for using the old account, will only show up there.

Well, here’s what it says. I don’t know if this applies to my situation or not:

It says if you’ve started a PSAT/NMSQT acitivity you will not be able to create another account that you can access other tests? I don’t get it. :(

Hmm… does it only mean that I won’t be able to access the PSAT quickstart if I already accessed it with another account? I didn’t register for any SAT Is or IIs with my old account so does that mean I’m OK to create a new account (with a new email)?

PSAT scores aren’t even considered in admissions so I don’t even need them to show up right? When you take the SAT Is/IIs/ and PSATs, do they have a spot where you fill in your email address? Can you use a different email other than the email you used for old PSATs?

I just don’t know if they will have ID confusion like how the APs do since if you miss fill some information they send scores to another person…

Why would Collegeboard put a warning for PSAT/NMSQT though? Colleges don’t need to see it so why the warning? Basically, Collgeboard wants students to have all of their scores (SAT Is/IIs) in one account to send to colleges? When you send your scores, do all of your SAT Is and IIs show up on the same Collegeboard account?

Just create a new account- there shouldn’t be any confusion since you’ve never used your old one to register. Besides, when the jr year psat comes in, just sign in using your new account to access it (entirely possible).

And yes- all of your I’s and II’s show up together. But colleges never (as far as I know) see your psat score. All they know is whether or not you made finalist/semi/commended.

PSAT scores don’t show up on any account or on any official score report of SAT and SAT IIs. So no one will see them no matter what account you use.
