Can't Raise my English Scores!

<p>I’ve taken the SAT twice now and noticed my Writing score is always considerably lower than the other two.
First Time: 690M, 630CR, 600W
Second Time: 790M, 670CR, 610W.
Also for ACT: 36S, 35M, 34R, 27E</p>

<p>What are some ways to practice the English sections and improve my scores?</p>
