<p>I’ve been trying to register for the MARch SATs via collegeboard.com for about 10 days now and everytime it’s the same crap-log error, collegeboard system down. Is anyone else having the same problems? It’s ****ing me off b/c the regular deadline is feb 7th.</p>

<p>trinya, I don’t think you have to fill in the SAT questionnaire, MI means middle name initial and yes only americans have social security numbers(not sure about puerto ricans).
I am assuming that you are an international student, and if so, I think there is a special page you can fill out</p>
<p>Ugh, collegeboard ticked me off. First they make you go through 800 things before you can even register. Then, for whatever reason, the testing center half an hour from my house is “unavailable” (no clue why, still confused on it), so they sent me over AN HOUR away for the test. I love waking up at 5:30a.m. and taking rigorous tests.</p>
