Can't submit midyear grades...?

<p>I’ve tried on two different computers in different places, and every time I click OK to submit them, I get the following error message:</p>

<p>Does anybody have an idea why this might be, or if there’s something relatively simple I can do to fix it, like turn the popup blocker off or something?</p>
