When I go to “settings” to update my email address, I get an error message: Oops! An error occurred.
There was a problem when we tried to update your email address. Please try again later. If you still have trouble, please email the administrator.
I have contacted the administrator at least 2 or 3 times LAST MONTH. I am still waiting for a response. I have also submitted an inquiry through the “contact us” option. I have googled CC forum to see if this is a known issue but I was unable to find any relevant posts. (I apologize if this is redundant).
The reason why I would like to change my email address is because I prefer to separate my main email address with my throwaway account (for shopping, facebook, etc.). I accidentally signed up for CC with my main email address, but I had every intention of updating it as soon as I signed up.
Please fix this. It should not take weeks for an issue to get addressed.
