Hi. I want to study in US but I cannot write very well. Can I qualified?
If you are international, you probably need to take the TOEFL for admission to schools. That can show whether you can write and read in English well enough to study in the US.

Actually, I have high test scores because I prepared for a long time. But, if my professor ask me to write in class, maybe I cannot finish completely.
Then you should look for a place where you can take a the classes that you need to improve your English not-taking and composition skills before you study full time.
