Cappex's "Approximate Class Rank" Section

<p>Hi guys! I’m new to using Cappex and I have a quick question about it. In the “high school academics” page, there is a section that asks for an “approximate class rank.” The options for that section are top 10th, top quarter, top half, and bottom half. Does top 10th refer to the top tenth percentile or like the top ten people of the graduating class? </p>

<p>I know this seems a bit ridiculous, but I want to see my chances of getting into the colleges on my list. Thanks guys! </p>
