<p>Hey! I am an Egyptian exchange student coming to UCSB for a year. I didn’t apply for neither university apartments nor the res halls. However I thought of capri apartments, they are located in Seville road in IV. does anybody know them? are they any good? or what do you think I should do?</p>

<p>my friends use to like at capri on seville, don’t think they liked it very much but they got the place because of time crunch. The thing that sucks is that the lease for like a school year is almost a year, like 11 months, or maybe even a year. and for the one bedroom apartments, which is all of the units except two, they turn the living room into another bedroom with sliding doors. You dont really get a lot of privacy because you can see over the top and easily hear through. Villas at trop is mostly for sbcc students and i think has more of the dorm feel.</p>
