CAR rejected but accepted?

<p>I was originally in Hitch Suites, and I requested a change to DeNeve. The link they sent me about the payments is about residential plazas. So can I assume that my change was successful?</p>

<p>Yeah! I got this message on July 27th:</p>

<p>As a result of continued high demand housing, we regret to inform you that we were not able to accommodate your Change of Assignment Request. Your next opportunity to change will be in the Fall quarter after check in. Fall quarter will not have an open transfer period due to a lack of available spaces, although after move in, students can explore the possibility of swapping rooms with another resident by participating in one of the Open Transfer Nights scheduled for October 4-5, 2010. The fulfillment of your request will be based on availability and is not guaranteed. Event times and locations are still to be determined.</p>

<p>you can try retrieving your original housing contract and see if a change was made. Did you verify that you actually got a credit on your housing account and is $55 the difference in price between Hitch suites and Deneve triple?</p>

<p>Yes, it seems to be the case that $55 is the difference in price between a DeNeve triple and Hitch, however, my original housing contact was not changed. I sent them an email though, hopin to get a reply within the next few days.</p>
