<p>Hey guys !</p>

<p>First and foremost don’t tell me specific stuff, I am more looking to see if you think I’m a well rounded person/applicant since no one can predict if AO’s want you or don’t.</p>

<p>Right of the bat I would really appreciate if you responded … it would mean a lot to me !</p>

<p>So lets get started !!</p>

<p>I am male applying as re-take freshman to a couple of schools</p>

<p>A little bit about myself …</p>

<p>I am a German Citizen, live in the United States on a visa.</p>

<p>I am in a private day school,</p>

<p>My Grades Are</p>

<p>AP Human Geography: B+
Honors Geometry:B
Literature and Composition Honors: A-
Biology Honors: A-
French 2 Honors: B+
Health and Fitness: A
Photography: A</p>

<p>I do a couple of extra-curriculars …</p>

<p>I am in Harvard Model Congress and I help out our local cancer association in an effort to raise money … I am also doing some other community service around town.</p>

<p>I play varsity golf … My handicap is below 5 for any golfers out there :smiley:
I am playing Varsity Lacrosse
I play Tennis
I ski
I am interested in Squash …</p>

<p>I work on the week-ends on a farm sometimes …</p>

<p>I think my recs were pretty good … I get along pretty well with my teachers … so shouldn’t be a problem…</p>

<p>I am interested in Studying Chinese …</p>

<p>Interviews so far were splended except for one which kinda turned out a little awkward … I think neither of us knew what to say</p>

<p>My ssat percentile was an 80 :frowning: I got around a 2180 … I hope that doesnt put me in the AO’s garbage can lol :D</p>

<p>So what do you guys think ? I’m not some super genius from Asia … but I wouldn’t say im unintelligent …</p>

<p>Oh and I placed top ten at a state wide math competition …</p>

<p>What difference will it make if I, an internet stranger, say “oh you won’t get in” or “yea you’ll definitely get in”?</p>

<p>Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to discourage you, but chancing is pretty pointless past application deadlines. You seem well rounded and definitely have a good standing, just like everyone else in this subforum. If you’re looking for reassurance, fine, but that will only aggravate your disappointment if things don’t work out as you have hoped.</p>

<p>So in short, yes you seem a good candidate.</p>
