I want to apply to the Career Discovery Group program. It says it is only offered to freshmen in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, which I am in, but will I still be eligible if I change colleges (say transfer into College of Biological Sciences for example).

If it really says it’s only offered to the A&ES students, I don’t think they’ll let you be part of it if you change colleges. There are some college-specific programs, and they sometimes serve as an “incentive” to have a major in that college. You COULD just stay in the College of A&ES till your sophomore year, and then transfer to BioSci, and that way you can be part of the program your frosh year. Changing colleges is really not an issue, so you could just wait till you take more classes in the major and are sure you wanna do it and then switch.
