<li><p>What type of salary should someone with 3-5 years experience with a national firm like Boston Group expect upon taking a job with a smaller, more regionally based firm?</p></li>
<li><p>How many hours per week should this person expect?</p></li>
<li><p>What are the future financial possibilities (making partner and how much money in that case, etc.) for such a person.</p></li>
