Careers for an idea person?

<p>I’m an idea person. You give me a problem and I can always find the best solution for the situation. I just go into supersonic analyze mode and my brain hashes out what to do next and my mouth spits it out. However, this doesn’t work with math. I’m terrible at it for some odd reason but I do love it. </p>

<p>I love designing things as well. By “things” I mean websites, products, and goods. I’ve designed two mobile apps so far but none of them have gone into production mode because I don’t know how to program yet. I also like being in charge and I’m pretty good at it. I was thinking product development or a creative director career might seem fit but I’m not sure. </p>

<p>Any suggestions?</p>

<p>In terms of 4-year degrees, maybe Advertising or Marketing? And you do sound like a natural inventor/entrepreneur.</p>

<p>I agree with marketing, possibly marketing management. If you are good with creative/artistic ideas, graphic and web/interactive design might work well if you’re not too interested in the business aspect of marketing.</p>
