When are the RD decisions expected?
It just says BY April 1st…not that it will be April 1st. So no definitive date. I do not know when they have traditionally released in the past.
We got an email from CMU today. It says - Thank you for applying to Carnegie Mellon University! While we’re reviewing your application, we wanted to share more information about the [College of Engineering].
Too late to get this email, isnt?

My son received that email as well.
Does that mean anything or anybody who applied RD gets that email when the decision comes out in 1-2 weeks?
I don’t remember where but I heard March 28.
I received this as well, unsure if it has any importance or not- leaning towards not
received as well for Architecture
Per this website, last year most applicants were notified on/around March 22. Some received decisions earlier on the 15th.

I don’t think it means anything. It seems like everyone received one tailored to their proposed college at CMU.

I thought about that calendar some more. All those sessions were probably set up before CMU was sure when decisions would be ready. So if the sessions were set up for worst case of 3/28 then 3/21 or even 3/15 is possible.
This seems too generic. I think anyone can access it and shows now that you’re in.
