updates on tepper acceptances?
I’m confused as to how they could be full if they had over 100 vacancies and we haven’t seen anyone get in for Dietrich.
@Alpaca406 I emailed them, but I just got an automated email saying it may take up to 1-2 business days for them to respond.
I think they send out email everyday around 3pm EST according to some people, although im not 100% sure.

For those that got off the waitlist, how do you withdraw from the school you originally deposited at? Should I just email their admissions?

Formal offer letter comes out after 8 pm EST in my case.

also, seems like CMU take international kids off their waitlist at a different time?
2 of my friend that got off are all American. I am from China as well. I think there will be because of there might be travel restrictions and visa issues.
I’m from Singapore, I also have not received a response from the priority waitlist. It may be that they are releasing international students’ later?
Do they release waitlist decisions in order of schools? Now we’ve heard from people getting off waitlist in some of the other schools, but none for Dietrich.
i dont think this is necessarily true because I was admitted off the waitlist as an Asian (definitely not diverse lmao) and middle-middle class student (aka i needed a pretty substantial amount of aid). im guessing their waitlist is probably ranked.
I do not think the waitlist is ranked. They said themselves on their common data set that the waitlist is not ranked.
What is the difference between ranked and unranked wl? how will that affect us the applicants?
