<p>I can’t do it, I was just reading the application and it stated: Residents must be high school students who have completed their sophomore year and are 16 to 18 years old (born between August 8, 1989 and June 28, 1992). International students must be in the same age range with appropriate visas. Commuter students must be residents of Western Pennsylvania.</p>
<p>They never stated this on the website or on the question and answer. I had to search a lot for this. Also, I think those dates are wrong. You could have completed your sophomore year and have been 16 after those days. I thought the website was confusing, all well. Thanks sooz!</p>
