<p>Where is Carothers 1XX…first floor or basement? How is wifi for smartphones in the dorm?</p>
<p>That’s the first floor. DHFS installed wireless routers in most of their buildings–I think there is a map for where WIFI is best on their website.</p>
<p>My son is first floor Carothers as well. fyi - he said he just got an email asking students to check in later in the weekend because of a behind schedule construction project in Carothers. He had originally signed up to check in on 8/19, but changed his date to 8/20. I hope this works…dh has flight to Dubai on Monday, so we don’t have much time to help with move-in.</p>
<p>I wondered about that email also. It doesn’t really say if they will be done with the construction or not. Sounds like maybe not!</p>
