Carp should've re-read....

hey guys i just submitted my 2 essays for ut-austin …and im out of state…but i just looked at my essay and found a small error…i mixed up some history date i used in my essay and put the wrong one…and on top of that i put history as my second major…haha but i still have the SAT IIs and ACT to compensate for the mistake but how much will it hurt me…and im in top 2% of class…but how much will the mistake in teh essay hurt my chances?

What date did you mess up? If it’s something that no one would know, then don’t worry about it at all. If you said something like…“independence day is on 7/4/1876” then yeah, that won’t look to good.

haha ya its not too big…i just put like…"the italian renaissance and the scientific revolution of the 19th century…and the 19th century was for scientific rev. but the rev started in like the 17-18th but i guess it continuted on to the 19th so i guess its not too big…haha and it seems like i said the italian renaissance also began in the 19th

oh and i was just looking to put a date when i was writing this date and i also kinda got the date for the survival of our species wrong…haha a couple of 100 thousand years…i was gonna check online and fix it but forgot…but my SAT II’s in world and us history are pretty good two 740’s…so i hope it wont screw me…
