Carpool Permit--Residence Halls?

<p>On UCLA’s website, it says that students living in “Residence Halls” are not eligible for carpool permits. As far as I know, Residence Halls include Dykstra Hall, Hedrick Hall, etc. Does UCLA differentiate between Residence Halls and Residential Plazaa for the carpool permit? For example, De Neve Plaza is a Residential Plaza and not a Hall.</p>

<p>You wish. All on campus residents are not eligible for a carpool permit…because obviously they won’t carpool to school.</p>
