<p>I just read the following in Columbia thread</p>

<p>Last year Columbia sent out Acceptance letters via fedex and used UPS for Rejection/deferrals.</p>

<p>So, does anyone know which shipping carrier did Penn use in last year to announce ED results?</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure ED is just a thin letter either way. The thick packet comes in March only.</p>
