cartoon help please

<p>trying to think of a cartoon, 4 or 5 yrs ago, where the girl always said- “whatcha doin’?”
BUT NOT from Phineas & Ferb show.</p>

<p>I think I remember she was a redhead, and maybe had glasses.
Anybody know that one?</p>

<p>I can only think of Eliza Thornberry from the Wild Thornberrys, who had red pigtails and glasses, but didn’t say that phrase so far as I recall.</p>
