CAS for Math or Stern for Actuarial Science / Finance?

Hi everybody, I'm an international student who is applying for NYU.

As my dream job is actuary in a big company, I'm considering to study Math in CAS or Actuarial Science/Finance in Stern.

And I would like to pursue a master degree eventually.

Info:
SAT I: M800+W790+CR680 = 2270
SAT II: Math II 800, Physics 800, Chemistry 800
AP's: 5's in: Macroecon, Microecon, Calculus BC, Stat, Physics C, Chemistry
GPA: HORRIBLE (3.5-ish?) in Grade 9-10, 4.05 in Grade 11

ECs not so special..

Could you chance me for CAS and Stern?

Which major (Math or Business in NYU) I pursue as an undergraduate will benefit my future career more? Which will give me more opportunities? Overall, which major do you suggest me applying?

Any more comments for me?

Thanks a lot! :)

Stern chances, RD 50-70%, ED2 70-90%, Variance due to essays and because you didn't specify any extracurriculars.

Thanks!
And you think it's better to study "Mathematics" or "Finance/Actuarial Science" as undergraduate for an actuary career?

I would imagine Actuarial Science is better for a career as an actuary.
