Case disposed by court and getting in

Hello, I am looking at a program that states under Eligibility Criteria “No convictions.”

I recently had 2 DUI cases disposed by the court (expunged) yet am still concerned about getting in.

I haven’t seen the official paperwork yet (just what’s on a website) and don’t know if the paperwork will say something like "If you’ve had your case(s) expunged put “No” for misdemeanor arrests.

I’m wondering if having my cases expunged is the same as “No convictions”? Could I put “No” if asked if I was arrested for a misdemeanor or would I have to put “Yes, disposed by court”?

Well… according to Wikipedia: “When an expungement is granted, the person whose record is expunged may, for most purposes, treat the event as if it never occurred.”

It’s basically a blank slate thing given to minors for a second chance. You should ask someone knowledgeable in law, but my opinion is that it’s alright to put “No”
