She could become the newest ambassador for the Candies Foundation to present another real world example of how an unwed teenage mother can really face a tremendous challenge. If I was Casey (or her attorneys) by the time of actual release I would have gone almost anywhere other than some place like her parents’ house where that location was known to the public. Especially in light of the statement by the police that they would not provide protection generally.</p>

<p>Uh…within a couple of hours of the verdict, Cheney Mason said that Casey would NOT be going home. This relative is not likely believable.</p>
<p>Also, when C&G left the courtroom after the verdict, they were upset, so it’s VERY unlikely that Cindy had told family that Casey would be coming home. More likely that distant relative was just looking for some 15 minutes of attention. </p>

<p>I think if C&G write something detailing all the lies, stealing and deceptions that they put up with over the years with Casey, people will buy that. If they write something that soft-pedals the situation, people probably won’t buy that.</p>

<p>Exactly! That would be an interesting argument to make. They need to dump their present atty and hire Baez; I’m sure he could come up with some head-spinning argument. Uh…I can show that this family has a history of lying; it’s essentially a mental illness with them. They don’t have a criminal mind, just diseased minds that are unable to tell the truth. Therefore, if the evidence mistake hadn’t occurred, then Cindy’s lying mind would not have been triggered to offer that she had been the one to do the search. The software engineer is essentially responsible for worsening Cindy’s condition and therefore damages need to be awarded.</p>

<p>uh…I went back and checked. Within a few hours of the verdict Mason was at the party where he shot the bird. The not guilty verdict was on July 5. The cousin’s interview was on July 6th. Mason’s Fox TV interview where he said she’d not be returning to the parents’ house on _____ street appears to be on July 9th. Mason stated that Casey was making her own decisions.</p>

<p>It was at that restaurant that Mason said that Casey would NOT be going home. That was within a couple of hours of the verdict. I believe it was Jean Casarez that asked him. He may have said it AGAIN, later, but he first said it right after the verdict.</p>
<p>And…if that relative was credible, that story would have had legs…it hasn’t.</p>

<p>I can find a couple of individuals’ posts about “Cheney Mason says…” that you might have read back then, but I always try to trace it back to a source not just some individual’s post. You can’t find anything where you heard this? Can you find anthing that indocates that media was allowed in at the after verdict party?</p>

<p>Are you suggesting that I had some kind of “premonition” that Cheney Mason would say it the next day??? I heard Jean C report it,and then I posted. I certainly would have had no reason to make up the story. </p>
