cc in california to Claremont consortium?

I wonder which cc in california has a good partnership with claremont colleges. Is it easier to get into claremont colleges such as Pomona College from cc?

I am an international student who is taking the second year in a local university. Due to financial burden and my lasting wish to study abroad, I really want to go on pursuing my education in the US. I would like to know if going to cc is a good fit for me, considering that if I apply for 2015 fall again as freshman, the AOs would think that i gapped two years although I have taken 2-year university.

I appreciate any reply and help from you all!

Pitzer and Pomona have transfer articulation agreements with Canada College. You have to be in the Honors Transfer Program.
<a href=“Transfer Agreements | Honors Transfer Program | Cañada College”>http://www.canadacollege.edu/honorsprogram/transferagreements.php</a> - here is a list of the various schools (including Pitzer) that they have agreements with (and what they include) http://htcca.org/directors-counselors-faculty/transfer-agreements/</a> .

There must be other CC’s that have agreements with them, too. Here is a link to the HTCCA organization which has articulation agreements with various CC’s and private colleges. This list includes the names of the various CC’s with agreements (although not all CC’s have agreements with all privates. This should be helpful as a start. http://htcca.org/membership/</a> . Note that all of these articulation agreements pertain to students in the honors program.

I just noticed that it appears you have nearly already completed community college. You might not be eligible to take part in the transfer agreement programs. You will have to check.
