<p>Wow, this week flew! I never made it up there to put my brackets in. I guess there’s always next year. (Go Kentucky!)</p>
<p>First upset - an 11 over a 6. Old Dominion over Notre Dame. I got it right in one of my brackets and wrong in another.</p>
<p>ODU!!! Yes. Nova better wake up though.</p>
<p>Florida-BYU tie and into overtime!..these early games are exciting!</p>

<p>I have never done so poorly in a first round. NEVER. I thought I had picked St. Mary’s, but I guess not.</p>
<p>In my sentimental bracket I can’t believe 2 outta my final 4 are already dead. Poo on Vandy and Richmond. 
They could’ve done me a little favor and at least get to round 2.</p>
<p>What happened? Did the Fighting Irish have a little too much green beer last night?</p>
<p>Glad to see ODU win as they kept my alma mater from getting a bid. Boy did that team play hard against Nova - who are they anyway? As the announcer said - Nova won on the scoreboard only. Of course, that’s what counts.</p>
<p>Husband is a Murray State grad. The have often made it to the tourney as the # 15/16 seed and rarely make it out of the first round. When they do, their coach gets scooped up by a better school. <p>I would love to seem then advance to the Sweet 16.</p>
<p>Robert Morris is in Western PA. They have made it quite a few times recently by winning the NEC - generally as a very low seed - 15/16. I would have loved to see them win (I love underdogs) but I did pick Nova to go deep.</p>
<p>ODU was actually predicted to upset ND. Earlier this season ODU beat Georgetown in DC.</p>
<p>I am so depressed. My beloved Vandy lost at the buzzer. I crossed Murray State off one of my entries at the last minute because I KNEW Vandy was going to win.</p>
<p>ODU beat William and Mary for the conference. William and Mary beat both Wake and University of Maryland, but was a bit inconsistent and lost to UNC in the first round of the NIT.</p>
<p>Looks like Georgetown is very vulnerable. Ohio U. is rolling. At lease Kentucky seems to have things under control.</p>
<p>My worst start ever for the brackets. Ouch! With G’Town not looking so hot, it means I’ll already have lost 3 of my Elite 8 teams.</p>
<p>But man, do I LOOOOOVE College Basketball! Best sports weekend of the year, every year. Nothing else comes close.</p>
