<p>We were disapointed to find out that CCM has a “No visitation” policy the day before an audition. Did anyone else encounter this?</p>
<p>I know the above post is old, but I just discovered the fine print that one can’t visit classes the first week of the semester, which is understandable. (OK, that’s where participation in Nutcracker may have messed us up on these finer details.) So you juniors out there, remember next year if you schedule an audition at the beginning of the semester, you won’t be able to combine the audition with a visit to classes. These are the little things that can surprise a busy theatre person (and her costuming mom) if she doesn’t take the time to read every last detail. Thankfully I still have a few hours left to cancel and change my flight arrangements without penalty, which is nothing short of a miracle.</p>
<p>This is because if it were allowed, there would be 80 or so auditionees watching classes which would just be too overwhelming and distracting… if anyone has any questions feel free to message me!</p>
