I’ve read over both and understand the gist of it. Does anyone know someone who’s in one of these programs? Which is generally “harder”? Which has more people pursuing that major? Which generally has more “happy” students? Which has more students that do well gpa wise? Which has a tougher course load? Any info is appreciated.

I can’t imagine one is significantly “easier” than the other. I assume that many of the beginning classes would be very similar, so you could easily change your mind once you get on campus and talk to people in each department, and generally find which subject area specifically interests you.

I’m a phys/neurobio and honestly I don’t think there’s too much of a difference. A handful of classes at best…but you might want to double check this…I’ve overheard a few people talking about how hard cell bio is a major but I don’t know for myself…

There is a slight difference in requirements though for neuro/phys majors from reg bio and I believe cell bio but it’s only that we don’t have to take stat
