Cell Phone Family Plan at GT

<p>I am an incoming student who still does not have a cell phone and want to have one when I am GT.
Are there any providers that have signal dead zones in Atlanta?
Also is there anyone willing to get on a family plan together, so we can save some money? </p>

<p>Any additional information about cell phone at GT is welcome.</p>

<p>AT&T offers something along the lines of a 10% discount
to students who attend GT. I’m not sure if they still do that
or not however.</p>
