What year are you? I assume you have only one year of college completed (otherwise why apply to UVA McIntire because you can only transfer in as an incoming second year?)
If you want to major in business why are there schools on your list that don’t offer business majors (Stanford, Pitzer)? All in all, this is a reachy list with a 3.3 college GPA.
If you only have one year of college, applying to UCSD is out because they require 60 credits to transfer.
I think U Miami is your best chance for admission, and don’t see you being successful at the others. Being full pay will help. But you might consider applying to Arts and Sciences rather than Herbert to maximize your chance of admission, and then transfer to Herbert from there, assuming you do well.
