<p>You’re a sophomore –> junior … there really isn’t much to chance yet, you know? So much can change within one year.</p>

Virginia Tech- match BUT your resume almost exactly mirrors all the Tech engineering applicants at my school (who have even slightly higher GPA’s) and I’m in-state.
