First of all, all these schools are extremely selective, but you definitely have a chance.
I hear you talk a lot about debate, and that is a pretty good prerequisite for polisci
I would maybe suggest to align ur app with debate more? My friend who went to brown was debate captain but doesn’t seem as talented than you (if u are top 100)
I think debate is one of the highlights of ur app so def shine that through
As for your interview, I believe it is really good if you were able to make that vibing bond 
Make sure u keep in touch with your interviewer!

Whether you get in or not, pursue ur polisci passion wherever you go, because you have a strong background for polisci
