<p>Asian with a below-average SAT, bland ECs. To top it off, from an over-represented state. And wanting to go into enginerring. Nuh uh, not gonna happen… If you’re leaving off some ECs though, I guess, maybe tell us, something might jump out?</p>

<p>The sad thing is that if it weren’t for affirmative action, you’d have a much better shot…</p>

even without AA they in all likelihood would not get in… although the 1st generation should help. What other schools at you looking at?</p>
