Chance a junior for mostly cali schools

Hi, currently I am a junior in a public california high School( Very high api and National blue ribbon school) that usually sends around 100 students to various UCs and other very prestigious schools.

My goal for a future career is to become a law enforcement officer such as LAPD,LASD or CHP or possibly atf and fbi

The current schools that I am looking at are
UCI for criminology
UCSB for bus economics
UCSC for economics
UCD for econ
UCR for bus administration or economics/law and society
SDSU for business possibly law
UofA for business

My G.P.A. for the time I start applying will be a UC g.p.a. of 3.71 with numerous honors and ap courses. I have taken the Sat 1 once and have received a score of 1770 with a 650 math, 560 reading and a 560 writing with a 8 essay. I plan on retaking the sat 1 in oct. and based on current practice testa, hope to receive a score around 1870. I am taking sat 2s this weekend and hope to get at least a 650 US history, 600 bio, and a 590 Lit

My ecs include over 200 community service hours from volunteering at my cites local library helping kids to read and t enjoy reading, volunteering at a local mountain restoration trust, and various other things involving my community. I also am a member of my schools newly formed chess club, play guitar, and have worked for 8 months.

Hopefully you guys can help me understand a little more about my chances at these schools, and i greatly appreciate your help

Is that GPA weighted or unweighted? If your weighted GPA is above 3.9, you should have no problem at all

It will help if you are in the top 10% of your class

If you can bring your SAT up to 1900ish like you projected, and Im guessing that 3.71 is unweighted, hopefully your weighted is higher, and you rank in the top 10%, you are in at all of the schools listed

You should get into SC, R, Arizona and the SDSU. A high 1800’s SAT will put you in the running for the rest.

If you’re struggling with the SATs, I would try taking the ACTs.

Based on your current stats, I think you have a very good chance at SDSU, UCR and UCSC.
Davis, SB and Irvine aren’t out of the question either.
