hey guys. so i’m not too familiar with BC, but what makes a successful applicant there? i know good grades/ test scores, etc, but is there something in particular they like in applicants? level of applicants interest? etc? anything like that?

also i’m wondering if they will accept the January 23rd SAT for RD? I have already submitted the ACT to them from a past test, but I’m just wondering if the Jan 23rd SAT will make it in time, too.

My stats are:
-middle eastern from elite public h.s. in illinois
-quest bridge finalist (BC doesn’t use QB, however)
-major: history
-religion: christian orthodox

ACT: 31, (do they superscore?)
SAT 2: will take US Hist and Math2C
AP Scores: 4,4,5 in US, Euro, and Env Sci (most demanding course load)

unweighted gpa: 3.70. (school does not rank, but i won a state award for being in the top 10% of class)
weighted gpa: 4.55
this year i’m taking 5 AP courses. I will have taken 8 by graduation.
extracurriculars: they’re good, i have a history internship and several leadership and sports awards
others: i’ve taken college courses at top-tier schools and have gotten A’s in them
essays: really good! my common app EC short answer talks about my religious commitment.
recs: decent, but i didn’t see them, but they are from teachers who have known me for a while.

thanks everyone for your help.
