Thank you in advance for any inputs.

You might get in, but could improve your shot by taking the ACT again, after doing a few timed practice tests, and getting a 32 or better.

what about similar ECs(I’m an Eagle Scout, some other minor things), slightly better test scores(31-32 ACT), but lower GPA 3.7 UW, rank is in the top 10%. Slim shot?

Sorry to hijack the thread.

hawaiiboy- I’d say good shot if ED, you have pretty similar stats to me… But RD’s highly competitive, so I’d say a slim shot unless essay/ statement wows NU.

thankyouall- your class rank is very impressive, but I do agree the ACT is holding you back. I’d say get a 33 and you’re in, 32 was middle-range for RD last year so I’d aim above it. Good luck!

Thanks, I am doing some hardcore practice for both SAT II and ACT during my week long Thanksgiving holiday.
