you are in.

Did you explain the depression in your app?

I think my high school counselor mentioned it in her letter

OK, make sure though. It will mean a lot to the adcom - Dan mentioned to one applicant who suffered from pneumonia for a semester or something to explain it. I would assume that depression would mean the same, as I know that it is just as serious.

Just ask your counselor & double check in case she forgot. If she did, have her write a follow-up letter or call and ask the admissions office what you should do.

I think you have a very strong shot.
You’ve been an excellent student, especially after freshman year. Your 32 on the ACT is strong. Since you are going with ACT rather than SAT, I don’t know whether the Subject Test scores will count, but if they do, Tufts will only count the higher two scores. YOu did creditably on the two AP tests.
In that connection, are you taking APs this year, or are you taking your college-level classes at St. Johns?
I think your ECs are impressive.
All this, plus being Hispanic from MN - not exactly an overrepresented demographic at Tufts - augur well for your chances.
Good luck!

my “Hard” classes this semester are Advanced Chem, Advanced Philosophy, AP English and two classes at St. John’s University.

My school is small and we don’t offer that many AP’s.
