<p>Pretty good IF you manage that, considering Cornell takes ACT same as SAT. Did you win any other awards or competitions? Your stats are pretty solid but you may need to stand out more extracurricular-wise because of your pool/race. That means leaderships and competitions. Write great essays and ED if you want to solidify your chances. You need to show some commitment and strength outside of grades and scores. College admissions is only going to get harder from here on. It might be actually harder for you if your public school is that competitive.</p>
