I think you have a good chance at several of those schools. I am uncertain about UMass and SUNY seeing as you are OOS, but my guess is you will still have several nice options come spring.
Highlight your business and your volunteer work in your application. You have a nice combination of resourcefulness and character, so make sure it shows.

As someone said above, you’re not stupid - I think you have a good shot at these schools.
You probably wont get into rutgers because your SAT and GPA is low
I believe in you! Even though your stats are low, you can still improve them this year. I would recommend taking a bootcamp for SAT to raise the score. Just focus on raising that GPA too!
I would like to point out that the stats you consider “stupid” typically lead to incredibly successful people. Being smart and successful is about much more than a GPA and a standardized test score. The sooner you realize that about yourself and others, the more successful you will be in life.
How do you just put SUNY? There’s many of them. For Bing, you don’t have a good chance, but maybe Buffalo.
