Chance a valedictorian please

I am applying to the university of Michigan and Stanford.
I have all A’s except one a- so that’s as close as possible as one can get to a 4.0 unweighted. I will be valedictorian. I have taken 4 honors classes and 8 ap classes. My school only offers 4 honors and 5 ap classes. I take 3 classes online so I have taken Every rigorous class my school offers. 33 act and 750, 750, and 800 on math 2, chemistry and biology sat subject tests. I have (4) fives and (1) 4 on my ap tests. I am the president of NHS. I was in two varsity sports (cross country and track) junior year, most improved award in track. 2 varsity and a club sport senior year. Captain in all three. I organized the most successful blood drive at my school ever. My teacher and counselor recommendations were awesome! They Couldn’t have been better. my hook is I’m a first generation polish immigrant. My parents did go to college but only in Poland. I wrote a memorable essay about a really funny story that happened to me.

Could somebody please chance me for both colleges please?

You’re in at Michigan.

Stanford on the other hand, is a reach (hard to get into for anyone), but given your valedictorian status and being a first-gen Polish immigrant, it is manageable. It depends on if you could stand out from others in your essay.

Stanford is a reach for even the best candidates. One thing to note though: if your parents went to college in Poland you aren’t considered first gen, so that’s not a hook.

Iknow I’m not a first generation college student. I’m a first generation immigrant.

You have a strong app.
You’ll get in at UMich. You probably won’t get into Stanford.
Your ACT score is, arguably, the weakest part of your application.

You never know what might happen during the application process, though.
You can’t get in if you don’t apply. :-)
