Chance a Wolverine for a masters?

Hi all, I’m a super-senior at Michigan-Ann Arbor applying to graduate schools next year for a masters, and Rice is high on my list of preferred schools. I’d really appreciate it if you’d chance me!

GPA: 3.75 overall, 3.8/3.8 major
Major: Chemistry & Chemical Engineering Dual Degree
GRE: Yet to take, hoping to do decently
Research: None, but will probably be doing some research next fall
Internships: Currently in a manufacturing/operations management role at fortune 20 company

I’m considering Rice since my whole family is in Texas and I’d like to work in Houston or Dallas after graduation. I know UT or A&M would make more sense for ChemE, but I’m really interested in their nanotechnology courses…and I’ve been a Rice admirer for some time. :)

If you guys can chance me for UT and A&M too, that’d be super.

as a grad student, I highly recommend UT Austin for ChemE. I have no idea about the grad program at Rice and how competitive it is

good luck
