Chance an interesting story for various schools

Story: I Suffered from NDPH (a non-stop migraine) for 4 months of my Freshmen year which kept me out of school for four straight months. The year after that I suffered from severe ADHD (which has been medicated since August of the summer between Sophomore and Junior year), my GPA suffered heavily (I re-did many of the classes online from my sophomore year as to legitimately master the material and bring my GPA up, the GPA I posted is my GPA currently (after all redo’s are done) my GPA without the redo’s is somewhere around 3.3-3.4. I have already checked with most of the schools on this list, and they have nearly all said that they will take the grades for the redo classes. I plan on writing my common app essay about those two experiences. In my sophomore year I also had to deal with a suicidal friend, who ended up going into the psych ward for around two weeks. (I plan on talking about this in my essay as well.) I’m also a very strong writer, so my essay(s) should be very good.
Most of these I’m listing are reaches.
These are the Colleges I want to be chanced for:
Carleton
Brandeis
Grinnel
Haverford
Cornell University (Super reach, if I was to apply there two alums would write me superb recommendations for it)
Swarthmore (Also a super reach, but I heard somewhere that the look at each app very holistically and in the frame of what you’ve had to deal with in High School, I wouldn’t mind some commentary on whether this is true/would there be any point in me applying.)
Oberlin
Macalaster
Sarah Lawrence
Lewis and Clark
I’m applying to a lot more (Such as Kenyon, Washington and Jefferson, and Western Washington University, some of these are my safeties)
Alright, so here’s the data.

High School GPA: 3.63 (UW)
Class Rank: Top 20%
SAT: 1780
ACT: 26 (I’ve been studying a lot for this one, and my practice tests put me around a 33-34, so chance as if this is up around mid 30s)

AP Classes:
World History
English Language and Composition
Will be taking AP Gov and AP Lit next year. (My school only offers AP Lang, AP Lit, AP World History, AP Gov, and AP calc)
APWH: 3
AP Lang/Comp: 5
Extracurriculars:
Baseball: 1 year
Symphonic Band: All 4 years, lettered in Pep band for 2 years (will be 3 next year). Reason for not lettering for 3 years in “other” category. (not looking to pursue any type of career in music.)
Knowledge Bowl (3 years, will be all 4 year) 2nd Place 1A state, 2nd place Academic League (which includes all schools from 2B to 4A), 1st Place Academic Region (Which, once again, includes all schools in region from 2B to 4A).
Member of Little League board, helped coordinate try outs and other activities, also helped at those activities.
I probably have at least 200-250 hours of community service with all the Little League stuff, and fundraising for other things such as the local Middle School’s band, and helping to rebuild an abandoned home.
Thanks for Chancing!

Bring your SAT score up to a 2000+ would help for the more reach schools on your list. Some will take into account your situation for GPA but not so much for a test score.
