Chance an LA kid for LA :)

I attend a public school in LA. Can you please estimate my chances for l&s undecided ? My UC gpa is a 3.59. Very low. I know. Both my brothers currently attend Cal
I wrote a pretty good essay on the additional information section on the app about why I went from a 4.0 student freshman year to a low gpa sophomore year and how I improved as a student this year.

-African American immigrant. Came here in 2nd grade (Yes. I know UCs dont have affirmative action. But USC Does. hehe)
-3.65 uw gpa
-30 comp act. 28 e, 33 m, 30 r, 29 s
-800 math 2
-770 us history
-740 math 1
-took 11 ap’s over the course of high school
-5 in us. 4 in euro, comp gov, eng lang. 3 in chem
-pres of 3 clubs including national honorary beta club. we do community service projects in our area and raise money for different causes. president of a cultural club. related diversity to why i want to apply
-mentor for 2 years -member of 5 clubs
-league champ in swim since freshman year
-200 hours of volunteering -ranked ~82/688
-competitive public magnet school in LA
-plus psat national achievement schoolship outstanding participant. awarded to top 3% of black psat test takers senior year straight a’s with classes like ap calc bc, ap physics, ap lit, ap econ, speech

i’d say it could go either way, you have strong ec’s and hopefully a strong personal statement, the GPA is a little lacking, but the test scores are strong, although based on how well known your school is GPA might not be a problem, overall I’d say low match

Thank you kindly

Btw I forgot to mention that I have an ebook published on kindle
