Any other opinions?

Your SAT score is solid, even if it doesn’t necessarily fall within the middle 50% of accepted USC students (I’m guessing you mean Southern California).

GPA could be better, though it won’t condemn you to failure.

Solid extracurriculars.

With great essays and the other stuff above, I would say you stand a decent chance. But with only the information you’ve posted, I would say reach

It’s a reach - within reach (possible) but unpredictable.
What are your affordable match and safety schools?

First of all, USC is a private university, therefore your out of state status has no impact either way on the admissions decision.

Second, as the above pdf shows, your UW GPA is basically the average for students admitted to last year’s class. However, your SAT score is 90 points below the 25th%-tile for admitted students and still below the 25th%-tile for enrollees. The app development company is an interesting addition to your application.

In total, given the low SAT and USC’s 20% admittance rate, I think you need to consider it a reach situation.

Your GPA and SAT is too low for USC. But your ECs are pretty good, so that might help
