I know I’ve only been on the forum for a little while but I think it might make for an interesting experiment to see if we can innovate the chance me section. Although it may not be for everyone, I thought I might give it a shot to try to ensure that everyone gets at least one response.

The goal: for everyone to have at least one response by another member and for fewer posts left unread by people who want an earnest response. Additionally, the 1 post limit rule keeps the chancing going and allows for everyone to get what they came for.

The rules: relatively simple
Everyone gets 1 post for their stats
First person posts their stats and any other necessary criteria along with a list of schools that they would like to apply to
Next poster would copy the school list of the first poster and chance them on a ‘reach-target-safety’ scale and then post their own stats along with their own list of schools
repeat the cycle

Example for those who are still confused:
1st poster—
posts stats and school list
2nd poster—
answers school list with ‘reach, target, or safety’ for each school and then follow up with their own stats and schools
3rd poster and so on—
repeat of 2nd poster’s rules

If anyone has any questions in regard to this they can pm me (although it should be pretty straightforward). Whoever wants to post first is welcome to do so.

On second thought, I might start just start out…

You’re scores are really good and your ecs are good as well. Im guessing you’re a junior? Try to get your SAT score to the 2300s and I think you have a good chance for all these colleges. I just put reach for alot of them because they are such prestigious colleges that they are selective. But i really think you have a good chance
