5 SAT subject tests all over 780
7 AP (calc ab 5 lit 5 physics 4 comp sci 4 apush 5 world 5 & human geo 5) top student of her class. Unwigthed GPA
Sorry unweighted GPA 4.17. No B’s (not even one A-)
Strong afterschools.

Sure, she has a chance. She also has a much bigger chance of being denied. She will get in where she is supposed to get in. Hopefully she applied to a range of colleges that she likes and that are affordable.
Your other thread specifies that the SAT score was 1720 and is asking about “my chance.” So are you in fact the parent, or the applicant?
